Sunday Morning

Yesterday, I woke up early. I went jogging at the Kebun Bunga. Then as I had promised, I went to UTM, to help Jasmi move to a new hostel room. It was quite early and I had the privillege to see some KRP students having a promotional run for their Open Day. Then Jasmi and me had breakfast at the ??Cafe(with the Marrybrown). We then headed to Jusco Tebrau City. We watched Pirates of the Caribbean 2. Its after the black out, got reimbursed for the ticket and then after the lights got on again, we bought another ticket at 5.10pm. The flick was okay..funny, scary (and sorry..but i dozed off in the middle..musta been the jogging) .
Jasmi wanted to buy some tikar getah for his room..and nope they dont sell it there in Jusco..(especially if you wanted to buy Rm5/m). So off we go to Giant Plentong..I thought we might have a chance for it there..But nope..to no avail. I had this craving for durian for a couple of weeks now.. and I bought 5 packets of packed durians..for RM10..quite expensive actually..And Jasmi and me finished it all..back at his dorm..at 11.30 i headed home.

Today is Sunday. And Basically this week I didn't go home. There's basically no concrete reason to waste RM200 driving for 5 hours.

Today I Jamsari's dad was admitted to HSA ward because there's no blood specialist at the Johor Specialist . And I took the liberty to pay him a visit and also to have lunch with Jamsari. Having an intellectual exchange of informations.Jamsari also paid a visit at the lab to collect information about leukemia.

After that I went to my usual sightseeing trip around JB, this time, I wanted to survey the Public Pool in Larkin. I went there and basically gathered info of whats and whens and how much..After that I tried to find my way to the BCB in town.. but since the main road to the entrance was closed and I am too tired to make another U-turn..I headed back home. And this peculiar road to Larkin tempted me, and its has bought me to the Larkin Bus Stop. I figured hm, if its the biggest bust stop around, there must be BCB atm around. I was right. FOUND IT!! hehehe..Basically the Larkin Bus Station is a bus station, a shopping complex with MCD and Dunkin Donuts, and a wet market and a bazaar .Hmm...practical? Not so..I found that Larkin has many ulats eagerly illegally selling bus tickets..and lots of

Then in the afternoon I went to jog at the Kebun Bunga. And it had the nicest view of Singapore and The Straits of Tebrau. Then I went to have  a drive to Carrefour , since I really wanted to be there..But for a short while and I left for Maghrib. and since the road does not permit me to head back to the McDonald's drive through, I headed home with an empty hand and empty stomach..Huhuhu

At night, I headed to the Cc.. and chatted with Madan..Updating ...hehehe

Pizza Hut Angsana

Thursday.

And its been a week since I have been waiting for my offer letter from my latest Employer. Where is it, actually. Again from the sources say that I will be receiving it soon. Not this week it seems, but next week. They are actually gonna send it till the end of the month. The news has gone out. And I am but remnants of this lab.As the story goes, responsibility has been passed over. But I am not gone, not yet. As the head said, I shall help those in need. So I did, it is actually better helping those in need than doing my own work, not that I had a proper assignment, since it's still orientation month for me. And next week, on Monday, the Hospital is organizing a orientation day, gathering all new staffs..(except Dr.s).

So my lab mate is busy preparing slides to present in Langkawi.

Today is Thursday, it is the last day , the last batch of students form UTM had their practical here at the hospital. Their reports were due today, and as you can see the SMLT is busy marking each and everyone's reports. So its time for lunch and the students has awaited the last day for them to celebrate at Pizza Hut in Angsana Mall. And so , I joined them.

So here am I again in the limelight.

Monday

Well folks, its been another week here in JB. And the news spread fast according to the person that you obviously deliberately sent it to. Its no secret anymore I am leaving this town soon. And as far as I know I have to make a resignation letter to the department and I may be leaving a 24 hours notice.

Hopefully InsyaAllah that the place that they are offering will be much more in terms of career prospects, closer to home and family and a good starting point in my life. Hey, my parents deserved it okay. And I' sure that I should deserve it too.

The Unit Head had a meeting last Friday. And as always all specialists routinely do, the just bang the MO. And most of the minutes of the meeting will result in the MO doing this , and the MO not doing that and the MO must write some letters here and there. I dunno, I guess its all goes down to what you want inside. If being an MO makes your day, and keeps your spirit alive and kicking , then suits you well. And nope, not for me anyways. Plus the pay speaks for itself.

Today's pissoff topic is , as always, why do subordinates have to like, brag about themselves. I mean for some people, just plain talking means you have to brag about your achievements and your pay and your career and how wonderful you feel about your job and none of further education shall make you more happier than you already are right now. And how great your friends are , compared to me, and how they have succeeded here and succeeded there. And all of them are your friend. And does bragging makes a great conversation? Nope!!

So, some of the lab staff are going to go to Langkawi, instead of me. (Not that I feel bad about it, I don't!) Supposedly , I was supposed to go to Langkawi, but thinking about the long run, I shouldn't. They deserved it. The lab staff deserved it after all the hard work they have been doing.

Today is a friend's 27th birthday, around this area. And my friend generously served, laksa, nasi ayam, kuih ketayap with chicken curry, beef and chicken satay, red & yellow water melons pudding and some malay kuih.He says that, he love treating people with food, its a trait he inherited from his late father. Its nice to meet new people around. When the officemates of my friend started singing Rhoma Irama songs wholeheartedly, well, I guess its time to leave. Hehehe. Anyways, the report of the grant should be submitted by this week. I hope I did it alright.

Here we are at Senibung, JB. And here the speciality is the Nasi lemak no.1, the nasi lemak tastes like nasi dagang and you'll be full before you know it. Besides that, otak-otak kempas is also served here. The otak-otak is quite a hefty size, delicious and fresh.
